Just a reminder about our last official Cub Scouts pack meeting for the school year. Please join us this Wednesday, May 15  at 7 p.m.

Hello Pack Families!

I wanted to send out a reminder about a couple camping opportunities that are coming up quickly. 

First, we have our Leroy Oaks tent camping opportunity on April 20th. Registration is open! Please complete the form below and turn in with payment to register. Registration closes on April 7th.

Second, we have the Cougars Camp Out on May 25th (Memorial Day Weekend). Since this is hosted by a third party registration is due on April 1st. Registration is limited for our group to 35 campers, so please turn in your registration as soon as possible to avoid getting waitlisted. As always, payment is due with registration form below. The form is attached below as well.

Checks can be made out to  Pack 138. The Wednesday before each of these camping dates, look out for emails from me with packing lists, tentative itineraries, and any other important information. As always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Hello Pack Families!

Our Hoover Cabin Campout is this weekend, so I wanted to send out some information on how to prepare. Our stay will consist of two hikes, dinner, s’mores, games and a ton of fun! I’ve attached a few flyers with packing lists, tentative itinerary, hiking pack and mess kit info. Mess kits are not be required, but we do encourage them to reduce waste and be more thrifty. 

Our planned meals for the weekend will be as follows:
Dinner - burgers, hot dogs, chips and fruit. 
Dessert- s’mores and hot chocolate. 
Breakfast- pancakes, eggs, bacon and fruit. 

We will be doing a check-in/ roll call and Group Picture before our hikes. Don’t forget to bring flashlights and/or headlamps for our night hike.  If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me via email or cell: 630-209-1254.

Just wanted to put out a last call for evening event registration for the Hoover Cabin Camping and Hike. Registration closes Sunday 2/17. If you would like to register, please complete the attached form and turn in payment by Sunday (2/17) end of day. Please drop off registration and payment at: 418 Douglas Rd, Batavia, IL, 60510.

Our February meeting will be our annual Blue and Gold dinner on Thursday, February 15. Please note this will be on a Thursday night.

We will meet at the American Legion Post 75 in Geneva (22 South Second Street) from 7-8:30 p.m.
